SeekAny
A feature codenamed SeekAny will be implemented so you can click on a seekbar to reposition the speaking point to anywhere from the start to the end of the document. It's like the seekbar on your RealPlayer or Microsoft Windows Media Player. It will be very useful for fast repositioning. Also very cool from a developer's perspective.

CoolSpeech Draft 88000
This version provides a full set of Long Playback commands:
* Long Play
* Long Pause
* Long Resume
* Long Stop

Long Rewind will be added in no time; Long Forward will also be available soon.

Notable to mention is the Long Resume. It will resume speaking at the nearest sentence front before the breaking point. Imagine a user has paused the speaking at some breaking point, and after a while he resumes the speaking. Then it's better to resume for the whole sentence, not in the middle.

CoolSpeech Draft 86634
This version adds a Long Stop button so you don't have to close CoolSpeech to stop the reading process.

Also added is a high-light play feature (complete for SAPI5, incomplete for SAPI4).

This is the first draft version that allows you to listen to a document of virtually UNLIMITED SIZE! Just load a document and click the LONG PLAY! button to start speaking.

Some Notes:
1. The Play, Pause, Stop buttons no longer do their original functions. So DO NOT CLICK ANY OF THEM.
2. Don't click LONG PLAY twice when the document is still being played. To stop speaking in progress, close CoolSpeech.
3. This version buffers 2,000 characters a time. Future versions will buffer more.

One note to the SENT tool
The last message box titled "Error", saying "done" does not indicate an error. It is programmed to behave in such a manner, after all the chunks are displayed.

Sentence Rounder (beta)
Sentence Rounder is used to break very long documents to small chunks, with respect to sentence completeness (i.e. try best not to break a sentence into two parts in two chunks). This will be useful for CoolSpeech to be able to read aloud a very long document on disk, regardless its size.

1. Unzip ANSI.TXT, ABBR2.TXT to C:\.
2. Run SENT.EXE to see the results on screen.

You can also replace the content of ANSI.TXT with your own test document.
